What stores can you buy from?

We can purchase from most major Japanese e-commerce platforms including Mercari, Yahoo Auctions (Yahoo! オークション), Amazon Japan, Rakuten, Zozotown, and many more. If you're unsure, just ask.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries that Japan Post currently accepts parcels from Japan. This includes most of Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and more. Please check the Japan Post website for the latest list of available destinations.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on your country and the shipping method chosen. EMS typically takes 3–10 business days. Standard Japan Post (SAL or Surface) can take 1–3 months. Tracking is provided for all shipments.

Are there items you cannot buy?

We cannot purchase items prohibited by Japan Post shipping regulations, including certain liquids, batteries over a certain capacity, or items banned in your country. We will notify you if there is an issue with your specific request.

How does payment work?

After you confirm the quote, we send a PayPal invoice. Payment is in USD. The item is purchased immediately after payment is received. Shipping costs are collected separately when the item is ready to ship.

What if the item is out of stock or unavailable?

We will notify you immediately. If we are unable to source the item, you will receive a full refund. For auction items, we will inform you of the result as soon as bidding closes.

Can you negotiate prices on Mercari?

Yes, we can attempt Mercari price negotiations on your behalf. Please note that this service may carry a small additional fee, which will be confirmed before any negotiation begins.

What currency are the fees in?

All service fees are quoted and paid in USD via PayPal. The item price is in Japanese Yen (JPY) — we apply the current exchange rate at the time of purchase and include it transparently in your quote.
