We can purchase from most major Japanese platforms including Mercari, Yahoo Auctions, Amazon Japan, Rakuten, Zozotown, Animate, and many more. If unsure, just ask!
Q.Which countries do you ship to?+
We ship to all countries that Japan Post currently accepts. This includes most of Asia, Europe, North America, Oceania, and more.
Q.How long does shipping take?+
EMS typically takes 3–10 business days. Standard Japan Post (e-Packet Light) can take 2–4 weeks. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Q.How does payment work?+
After you confirm the quote, we send a PayPal invoice in USD. The item is purchased immediately after payment is received. Shipping costs are collected separately.
Q.Can you negotiate prices on Mercari?+
Yes! We can attempt Mercari price negotiations on your behalf. A small additional fee may apply, which will always be confirmed before any negotiation begins.
Q.What if the item is out of stock?+
We will notify you immediately. If we cannot source the item, you will receive a full refund. For auction items, we will inform you of the result as soon as bidding closes.
Q.Are there items you cannot buy?+
We cannot purchase items prohibited by Japan Post, including certain liquids, batteries over a certain capacity, or items banned in your destination country.
Q.What currency are the fees in?+
All service fees are quoted and paid in USD via PayPal. The item price is in JPY — we apply the current exchange rate and include it transparently in your quote.
